This is an interactive class with a 30-minute mozzarella demo along with how to get started making your own soft cheeses at home. Hard Cheese: Not a class based on demos but one where you’ll dive into making your own cheese. And not just one cheese or two cheese but as many as 4 different cheeses. We’ll be working with a variety of different kinds of milk, so you’ll learn about all the differences and how to respond when your milk supply varies. Artisan Cheesemaking Class Our classes teach the technique for making cheese from goat & cows milk. We create cheese from both kinds of milk in their raw form. Our Artisan Cheesemaking class allows you to make three kinds of cheese for a great getaway, over the two-day course (5 hrs the first day—2 hrs the second day).
